A Few Of My Favourite Things

DSCF6722 (2).jpgHello everyone! I hope that you are all enjoying your Holidays. I had a really great Christmas this year and got to spend it with my incredible family. I am so grateful to all of them and think that this was my best Christmas yet. For this post I thought that I would share with you some of my favourite things that I have collected over the past couple months.

This year for Christmas I received two Kinfolk magazines. I have wanted to have one of these magazines for the longest time. I love the articles and the whole aesthetic of the magazine. I will definitely be reading Kinfolk over and over again.

When I was in Portland I picked up this espresso candle from Anthropology.  Coffee is one of my favourite scents.  Hopefully if I put it beside my bed it will make me excited to get up in the morning!

Grapefruit is also one of my favourite scents and my family must know this because I now have enough pink grapefruit scented Body Shop products to last a life time. I love how fresh and energizing this scent is and I am looking forward to using this grapefruit perfume along with my other products!

Pyjamas are one of my favourite things to receive and give for Christmas. This year I got a pink satin cami and short set from Victoria Secret along with a  robe. I can already tell that I will be spending a lot of time in my pyjamas over the next couple of weeks.

DSCF6746 (1).jpgThese three books that I have collected over the past couple of months are ones I have been wanting to read for a very long time. It by Alexa Chung is a book that I love pulling inspiration from and great for when you just want to flip to any page and start reading. I love Alexa Chung and love finding inspiration from her style. I bought Not That Kind of Girl by Lena Dunham at Powell’s Books when I was in Portland. I have only just started reading it but I can already tell that it is going to be a great book. Lena Dunham is such a fascinating woman and I can’t wait to learn more about her life. Tales From The Back Row by Amy Odell is a book that once you pick up, you can’t put down. I love reading about how she sees the fashion industry and her journey as a fashion journalist.

DSCF6716 (1).jpgI hope that you liked reading this post and enjoy the rest of 2015! I’ll see you soon, xx!
