Beet and Blueberry Smoothie

Happy Saturday everyone! Today I want to share with you my favourite smoothie of the moment. I came up with this recipe by experimenting with different ingredients and happened to create a drink that is not only gorgeous but also incredibly nourishing. This recipe is jam-packed with antioxidants, Vitamin C, and everything you need to stay healthy during the winter months. I can’t get enough of this earthy, fresh, and spicy drink so I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Ingredients:

  • One handful of blueberries
  • One cup of spinach
  • One beet
  • 1/2 tsp of hemp hearts
  • 1/4 tsp of chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp of turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
  • A pinch of cayenne pepper
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • One cup of water
